Jalal is a seasoned business development expert and investor. Jalal is co-founder of Catalyze Innovation Consultants and oversees all commercial activities. He raised over €100M and specializes in commercial and financing strategies tailored for Life Sciences, Sustainable, and Deep Tech Innovations. Jalal has built numerous partnerships with research institutes, investors and incubators throughout Europe.

Tim is entrepreneurial finance and M&A professional. Following his Master Financial Management and Executive Master Finance & Control, Tim gained 5+ years experience in M&A deals at PwC. As former finance director at Omron Healthcare ($ 1B revenue), he was responsible for corporate finance, venture capital investments and large M&A deals.
